NewsGator Support

Business customers can contact NewsGator Support through your normal channels. Customers who purchased NewsGator products and who still have a current premium subscription can submit a request from the My Account (link) section of the NewsGator Online reader. If you are using one of NewsGator's free products, you can get answers to your questions in the knowledge base or forums listed below. Sorry, we do not offer direct support for our free clients.

NewsGator’s Online Reader will no longer be available for consumer use after the week of September 7th, 2009.

In conjunction with the release of our latest versions of NetNewsWire and FeedDemon which synchronize with Google Reader, NewsGator will no longer be supporting our online reader for consumer use. Paid customers who utilize the online reader or our online platform will continue to be supported.
